On October 15, Litigation Counsel Jonathan Weiss will give a guest lecture at UCLA Law School on recent developments in California law relating to “robo-signing” litigation against banks, mortgage lenders, and other financial institutions, including a discussion of the pending California Supreme Court case that will determine whether a borrower has standing to challenge the validity of an assignment of mortgage to an RMBS trust.
