Simpson Thacher recently represented CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. in connection with an at-the-market offering program for the sale of shares of its Class A common stock for gross proceeds of approximately $300 million. The sale of shares under the at-the-market offering program was completed on November 10, 2009. BofA Merrill Lynch served as sales agent under the at-the-market offering program.
