The Firm Represents ITT Corporation in $1 Billion Registered Debt Offerings

The Firm represented ITT Corporation in connection with the preparation and filing of a “universal shelf” registration statement and registered offerings of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.900% Senior Notes due 2014 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.125% Senior Notes due 2019.  The transactions were the first securities offerings by ITT since 1995.
