Corporate Partner Clare Gaskell was named “M&A Lawyer of the Year” at Euromoney’s Women in Business Law EMEA Awards for 2024. Clare was recognized for her work advising KKR on several market-shaping deals, including its recommended offer for Smart Metering Systems and its sale of a majority stake in A-Gas, among other achievements.
