Oracle Enters Into $5.63 Billion Term Loan Facility

Simpson Thacher represented Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, and BofA Securities, Inc., as sole bookrunner, in connection with Oracle Corporation’s $5.63 billion unsecured term loan facility, proceeds of which were used to repay the principal amount outstanding under Oracle’s existing term loan facility with The Bank of Nova Scotia, as administrative agent.

Oracle Corporation provides products and services that address enterprise information technology (IT) environments, including applications and infrastructure offerings that are delivered worldwide through a variety of flexible and interoperable IT deployment models.
