DigitalBridge’s Netomnia to Merge with Brsk

Simpson Thacher is representing investment funds managed by DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (NYSE: DBRG) and its portfolio company, Netomnia, in connection with the merger between Netomnia and Brsk. The merger creates the second largest alternative internet network provider in the UK and marks the largest consolidation of altnets in the UK telecommunications sector to date. The combined group will have a network footprint of 1.5 million premises immediately post-merger, with a target of reaching 3 million premises by the end of 2025. DigitalBridge and certain other investors of Netomnia and Brsk will commit additional equity funding as part of the transaction. The merger is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
