Simpson Thacher recently represented Suntory Holdings Limited in connection with its offering of $500 million of 5.124% Senior Notes due 2029 to institutional investors outside Japan pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act.
Suntory Holdings Limited is a globally diversified manufacturer and distributor of beverages and foods with a diversified product portfolio which includes soft drinks, food products, whisky and other spirits, alcohol ready-to-drink beverages, beer, wine and health supplements.
The managers for the offering were Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
