Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone Private Credit Fund, a non-traded business development company (the “Company”), in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.950% Notes due 2029. The offering closed on May 29, 2024.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
