Simpson Thacher represented an affiliate of Angeles Equity Partners in connection with its acquisition of O’Hara’s Son Roofing Company (“OSR”), a national commercial and industrial roofing provider headquartered in Chicago, IL with regional service operations in Florida, New Jersey and Texas. The transaction closed on March 15, 2024. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Since 1987, OSR has provided new commercial roof construction, commercial roof replacement, commercial leak repair service and preventative maintenance for commercial roofs. Today, OSR ranks among the Top 20 Roofing Contractors in the country and is licensed and registered in 48 states.
