Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone Secured Lending Fund, a publicly traded business development company (NYSE: BXSL) (the “Company”), in its registered public offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.875% Notes due 2027.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
