Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone Real Estate in connection with its sale of the iconic Arizona Biltmore for $705 million to Henderson Park, an international private equity real estate firm.
The luxury, full-service resort, originally opened in 1929, is set on 39 acres of land with an amenity offering including over 200,000 square feet of meeting space, seven swimming pools and a 28,000 square feet spa.
Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone Real Estate in connection with its acquisition of the resort in 2018.
