Mick Tuesley, Head of the Firm’s National Security Regulatory Practice, spoke on a panel at “Transatlantic Ties: A Strategic Dialogue on US-EU Investment Screening and Economic Security,” an event co-sponsored by the CELIS Institute and the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) on May 7 in Washington, D.C. Mick’s panel discussed recent developments and perspectives in U.S. investment screening and economic security regulation.
