The Firm represented Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by Symetra Financial Corporation (“Symetra”) of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 5.8677% Senior Notes due 2032. Symetra intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay its outstanding 4.25% notes due 2024 and the remaining balance for general corporate purposes.
