Simpson Thacher is representing Blackstone in connection with the proposed investment by Blackstone Growth and affiliated funds in 7 Brew Coffee (“7 Brew”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
7 Brew is a rapidly growing drive-thru beverage business and coffee brand. 7 Brew serves espresso-based coffee, chillers, teas, infused energy and sodas at more than 190 7 Brew stands across the country.
