The Human Rights Campaign Foundation again named Simpson Thacher among its “Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion” honorees. This award is given to organizations that achieve a perfect score of 100% on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index, a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. This is the eleventh consecutive year that the Firm has received a perfect score.
