Counsel Meredith Abrams spoke on a panel as part of Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) event on Fintech and Regtech in the Financial Services Industry: Current Issues for Investment Advisers and Broker-Dealers 2023 on November 13th. The panel titled, “Regulatory Round-Up- SEC and Related Rulemaking,” focused on evolving rulemaking impacting Fintech and Regtech in the financial services industry, what SEC rules will likely be finalized in the coming months and how the various rules may overlay and interact with one another.
