Simpson Thacher is representing lead investor Corsair Capital (“Corsair”) in connection with a strategic minority investment by British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (“BCI”), one of Canada’s largest institutional investors, into ZEDRA, a global specialist in Global Expansion and Corporate Services, Active Wealth and Fund Solutions. Corsair will remain ZEDRA’s majority investor. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals.
