Simpson Thacher represented affiliates of Silver Lake (“Silver Lake”) in connection with their role as co-lead investor in a $200 million financing round in Alchemy Insights, Inc. (“Alchemy”), a blockchain development platform that aims to provide developers with the fundamental building blocks they need to create the future of technology. The financing round valued the Company at $10.2 billion.
