On July 23, the New York office virtually hosted 18 rising ninth graders from Legal Outreach’s RISE program as part of the Firm’s Urban Education Initiative. The students learned about different jobs within a law firm and participated in a moot court activity. Eleven Simpson Thacher staff members and attorneys participated in this program, which was organized by Program Manager, Kristin Glaudel. Corporate Partner Linda Tieh gave welcoming remarks to the students.
