DigitalBridge Completes $500 Million Securitized Notes Issuance

The Firm represented special-purpose subsidiaries of DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (“DigitalBridge”) in connection with an offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of Series 2021-1 Secured Fund Fee Revenue Notes, consisting of up to $200 million Secured Fund Fee Revenue Variable Funding Notes, Series 2021-1, Class A-1 and $300 million Secured Fund Fee Revenue Term Notes, Series 2021-1, Class A-2. The offering closed on July 9, 2021. The Series 2021-1 Notes represent a first-of-its-kind securitization backed by investment management fees.
