The Firm is representing Bruin Sports Capital, a global investment firm specializing in the sports, media, technology and entertainment sectors, in its acquisition of Oddschecker from Flutter Entertainment plc in a transaction that values Oddschecker at up to £155 million.

Founded in 1999, Oddschecker is the U.K.’s number one odds comparison site with a diverse portfolio of gaming and sports media products and a team of more than 200 people located in the U.K., the U.S. and Europe.
