Simpson Thacher recently won China Business Law Journal’s 2019 China Business Law Awards in three practice areas, including Banking and Finance; Capital Markets (Overseas); and Mergers and Acquisitions. The Firm also won in four industries, including Education; Fintech and Blockchain; IT, Telecoms and E-Commerce; and Media, Entertainment and Sports. CBLJ honors seven prominent international firms and seven prominent Chinese firms in most categories in its annual awards.

The Firm also won six “Deal of the Year” awards for its representation of:
