The Firm represented JLL Partners, Inc. in connection with the financing supporting its acquisition of Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. (“Point Blank”) from Sun Capital Partners, which closed on May 29, 2015.
JLL Partners is a leading middle-market private equity firm, with significant expertise in healthcare and other sectors. Point Blank manufactures body and vehicle armor used by the military and law enforcement services both domestically and internationally.
