Simpson Thacher represented certain Blackstone investment funds and Alliance Automotive Finance plc, an affiliate of Alliance Automotive Group S.A.S. (“AAG”), in connection with a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of €65 million aggregate principal amount of its existing 6.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2021. AAG is a leading supplier of auto parts and related technical know-how in France and the United Kingdom.
