The Firm represented long-time pro bono client, the Natural Resources Defense Council, in connection with its completed acquisition of trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property related assets from Reconnecting America, Inc., a non-profit formed to provide technical assistance at the intersection of transportation and community and economic development.
