Kira M. Shannahan is the Knowledge Management Lawyer for the M&A Practice Group at Simpson Thacher. She joined the Firm in 2017.

Kira received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2017 and her B.A. from Wesleyan University in 2009.

Allan Wildstein is Director of Administration at Simpson Thacher, where he oversees the operations of the Palo Alto office.

Allan received his J.D. from California Western School of Law and his B.A. from SUNY at Buffalo.
