John Fitzgerald is the Chief Administrative Officer at Simpson Thacher, where he is responsible for leading the senior administrators for each office around the globe, identifying best practices and implementing operating standards throughout the Firm. John has been with Simpson Thacher since 2000. Prior to his current role, John was the Director of Administration for the Firm’s European offices.

John received his B.A. with Honors from Brown University and an M.A. from Emory University.

Becca Johansson is the Chief Operating Officer for EMEA at Simpson Thacher, with responsibility for the business operations of the Firm’s European offices. Prior to joining Simpson Thacher, Becca spent seven years as Head of Operations at another international law firm. Becca trained as a strategy consultant, and has served in strategic advisory and operational roles throughout her career, including nearly 15 years at PwC and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Becca holds a Masters in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Nottingham.
