Jonathan K. Youngwood Named Securities "10 Under 40"
Litigation partner Jonathan K. Youngwood has been recognized as one of Securities 360's "10 Under 40" which highlights the experiences of 10 young securities litigators. In addition to noting the work of the Firm representing JPMorgan Chase & Co. in various litigation suits arising from the collapse of Enron Corp., one of the most watched security fraud cases in history, the article also discusses Mr. Youngwood's pro bono work for the children of the New York City public school system. Mr. Youngwood was part of the team of Simpson Thacher attorneys that sought and won, through a seven-month trial, judicial recognition that the New York City school district failed to provide the opportunity for a constitutionally adequate education to its students.
