We recognize that promoting diversity must be a continuous process. We are committed to hiring, developing, retaining and promoting individuals who reflect the society in which we live and the global clients which we serve. In furtherance of this commitment, we are implementing a diversity action plan developed based on firm-wide input. Led by our Diversity and Women's Committees and our Associate Advisory Councils, we are actively engaging everyone at the Firm in this collective effort.
