Simpson Thacher employees regularly engage in community service projects such as assisting mock trial teams at New York City high schools, mentoring high school students in the Bronx, reading to local elementary school children, and running a legal advocacy training course for New York City high school students. The Firm participates in 14 different employment programs to provide minority and disadvantaged youth with summer and academic year jobs.
