The Women's Committee meets bi-monthly to monitor the progress of our initiatives and assess the need for new ones. Its 27 members include 26 partners (including 6 male partners) selected for their commitment to these issues, and Natalia Martín, a former Associate Dean at Yale Law School and the Firm's Director of Diversity.

The Women's Committee is chaired by Marissa Wesely, a prominent banking partner who has chaired the Firm's Recruiting Committee. The Women's Committee also includes two members of the Executive Committee, one of whom is also the chair of the New Partners Committee.
