The Firm represented Summit Materials, Inc. in connection with its initial public offering of 25,555,555 shares of class A common stock (including shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ full exercise of their over-allotment option) at a public offering price of $18 per share. Summit Materials’ class A common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “SUM” on March 12, 2015.
